My Process

I use my innate ability to hold space for your feelings and processes in turn, creating a safe space for you to feel seen and heard. We will practice Mindfulness Techniques, Art Therapy, as well as techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Positive Psychology.

My goal is to empower you to face anything that is standing in your way to wholeness, to guide you to a place of ease in your body, and for you to accept and love yourself in your process.  I believe change happens when you're given support and guidance and I assign things for you to process in creative ways in between sessions.

To be witnessed in your experience is to be seen as a worthy human. A human that matters. My goal is for you to walk away from our time feeling more love for yourself, more hopeful, more self-aware, and closer to the wholeness of yourself. My hope is for you to become confident in your abilities to handle what life brings. You are so worthy of the time and space and I look forward to growing with you.

Telehealth only. In-person sessions coming soon. For now, clients must be located in the state of Georgia at their appointment time
